There was absolutely ZERO shame, or pressure from ANY of the staff (Caleb, our Piercer, as well as Julie & Kelly, Shop Owners) or any inference that she MUST get the piercing. They were all comforting, calming & treated her with care & compassion! My nostril piercing went smooth like a hot knife through butter! 3 days later, no swelling or redness, there’s no pain or tenderness & it looks like it’s always been there! Caleb took the time to walk me through every part of the process, including selecting the perfect piece. Every step of the way, was met with brief explanation of what was happening. I’ve been coming to Westcoast Piercing for YEARS, and will continue to do so, as long as their doors are open! The Owners & Staff, pride themselves in their work, & have the best shop in town!!! A Staff & Ownership, continuously educating themselves, to provide us, the clientele, with the best possible experience! “Got my nose pierced here a year ago by Caleb who was very kind, hygienic and professional. Recently went back to get a new nose ring and when I noticed a tiny issue, I took it back and Caleb and Kelly were beyond helpful!! Kelly seems like such a genuine human and they made sure I was happy with my purchase before leaving the store, which I absolutely was! An even bigger plus is that all staff members are masked, though they were wearing surgical masks and not high filtration masks which are less effective. Either way, I’d definitely recommend visiting Westcoast Piercing!”
